In public, Ana Massicot turns heads with her striking beauty
and model-like poise. In the Latin dance community, she is sknown as a dancer
diva with sensual body movements and breathtaking performances in Salsa and
Mambo. Her latest endeavor is Masocote Entertainment, a professional
dance company founded and directed by Ana and her husband, is thriving with
potential international success. But at twenty-two years of age, Ana attributes
her success to more than just her dance skills, physical beauty or luck. As the
daughter of Mexican immigrant parents, Ana experienced life's hardships and
struggles at a young age. She has learned to value family, education and
humility. Today, as a world-renowned Salsa dance instructor and performer, Ana
is touching the lives of many people through dance and her positive, uplifiting
view on life. In her recent interview with Cuerpo, Ana proves that it's
just as important to know where you come from, as it is to know where you want
to go....
