About Our Classes

• Group Classes are held 2 days a week in 4 week intensive session blocks that start the first Tuesday of every month.  They are designed in these short sessions to aid students in quicker development.
• We have classes for all levels (Intro to Advanced).  You must test out through the form of a placement evaluation to move up to the next level.  We recommend you take each level at least twice before trying to test out.
• All Ages Are Welcome.  Ages generally range from 15-50!
• Classes are offered predominantly in Salsa, with occasional special sessions in Cha Cha, Merengue, Bachata, and Guaguanco.
• We place a large emphasis on proper technique and foundation at the beginning to help you improve faster over a shorter period of time.
• Space is limited in all classes.
• Work with the same people from start to finish so you are able to BUILD upon each class!

** This Class is only available for students in combination with partnering classes to ensure the maximum learning experience for our students.

*** You must be in our intermediate partnering classes or higher before taking this session.  You must also have taken our musicality class and be approved by the instructor.  There will be a split of movement focus and footwork.

Focus will be placed on understanding movement, muscle awareness, range of motion, and footwork building / applications.
