Posture Brace

Posture is the first step to gaining awareness in your body and dancing.  This brace is worn around the shoulder blades to help remind you of proper body alignment.  It does not physically pull the shoulder blades back, which can cause your muscles to atrophy over time.

The brace is adjustable and can be worn under your clothes for everyday use.  Wear it for a few hours a day to serve as a reminder, or wear it during the day while sitting at your desk or going about your normal activities.
