Merchandise Orders

All merchandise with any defects is refundable.  All DVDs & CDs may be returned if unopened and in original condition up to 1 week after receipt.  No Refunds after 1 week are allowed.

Group Classes Refunds

All Group Classes are refundable up to 3 days before session start.  No refunds will be made after.  Event tickets and Workshops are FINAL SALE.  No refunds will be made.

Private Lesson Cancellations

Refunds are allowed up to 24 hours in advance.  Any cancellations the day of will forfeit 50% of private lesson fee.

All congress lessons with Ana & Joel Masacote must be arranged ahead of time.  Refunds for congress lessons will be allowed up to 3 days before.  Any later cancellations will forfeit 50% of fee.
